We took our sons infiniti g35 in for a small oil leak. It was running fine when we dropped it off other than a small amount if oil dripping slowly. When we picked the car up, it was sputtering and kept dying then eventually wouldn't start. Turns out, the mechanics cracks the cover when putting it back on and instead of fixing it they left a huge vacuum leak and still charged almost 400 bucks. Then the mechanic had the nerve to make a remark that we are the kind of people who like work done for free. My son turned to him and said no I'm the kind of person who expects a mechanic to know what the hell he's doing and not be a complete and total idiot. We will never go back there again.

I'm sure they do great work, but the customer service is a joke. No communication whatsoever and just acted to busy to listen what the customer actually wanted. Btw this was a scheduled appointment, I did not just walk in. Spent $1300 on what I wanted elsewhere the same day ??

This is one of the most reasonable priced shops and they have people that know what they are doing and take care of business. Speaking from my experience and from others I know that have also brought their vehicles here to be repaired. They can be trusted.

Took car there ran the same bad way it did before I took it there. They said the car was throwing all kinds of codes but then it stopped so they didn't tell my mother in law, they thought it was ok. They did return her money after I demanded it back.
