Kendrick & Co Printing is WAY CHEAPER @ $1.00 per page to FAX with them while Staples is charging $2.10! Not only does this store lack associates to assist you in anything you may need they want to charge ridiculous prices to fax something. And charging those prices one would think they could fix the craters in the parking lot and hire some employees! IT COST $18.38 TO FAX 8 PAGE'S. No where is it posted on the self-serve copy machine that it is $2.10 a scanned page, which I suggested to the manager he do. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with them. There are plenty of other way friendlier, cheaper, locally owned small businesses in Ada that do the same thing for 1/2 the price to do business with!

I had some wedding invitations printed here on my own 5×7in paper. But I no longer see the associate that helped me with that transaction. And they no longer want to service a similar transaction. The printer is capable of fulfilling my order, but it seems staff are no longer trained or knowledgeable of how to work in the print department.Have had several printing issues since November, and am just fed up with the lack of customer service and knowledge of how to run their own machines.

This store REALLY needs some work. I was in thia store for maybe 10 minutes at most, and while I was in I saw numerous safety issues, merchandising issues, and cleaning issues. This store needs swept, mopped, their top stock needs better organized, as there are boxes open with product that could fall on customers. On top of this the chain is not attached om the step ladder which should always be on it when not in use. There are half empty endcaps with signage falling off of them, and there are carts throughout the store with random products stacked in them. There are also missing price tags everywhere. I got in when there were no other customers in, yet I wasn't welcomed when entering. After wondering around unmarked aisles I finally asked for help and was pointed in the right direction. The cashier was nice enough up front, but that was the only positive thing about this experience. I've been doing retail management for merchandising and operations for quite some time, and these are unacceptable standards. I would advise someone visits this store and takes a look. I'm not from Ada, but everytime I've been in this store, it has been a mess. Best of luck!

Called to see if they could print UPS label from a QR code. They said yes. I got a ride there the next morning and they said they cant. Called again was told they could print label if I emailed it to them. I did. Went next morning to be told there wouldn't be Anyone in the Print dept till 12:30. Get it together people. Found another business, they gladly helped me.

The girl was nice but sooooooo slow and no sense of urgency. Took about 20 minutes for a few copies and I was the only customer.

Whatever you do, don't try to exchange something you purchased with a rewards coupon. They can't help beyond providing an 800 call center number that eats up still more time. This is not a good way to treat customers. But to the good, everyone at the Ada store has a nice smile.

Whatever you do, don't try to exchange something you purchased with a rewards coupon. They can't help beyond providing an 800 call center number that eats up still more time. This is not a good way to treat customers. But to the good, everyone at the Ada store has a nice smile.

Took back an item I purchased (earbuds) an the store CLEARLY has signs up that says easy return policy. So I take them back an they say they are not taking returns! Ok then why do you have those little signs up? Still using covid as an excuse to steal people's money. Ada staples will no longer get my business. I had the receipt. You should have taken the loss NOT ME.
