I was hesitant going back into a store after the horrible experience I had with rude staff at the Arlington location. BUT, I am glad I did. Reuben made the whole process so easy for us and was very kind. As someone who manages an office that specializes in customer service, I would most definitely recommend her. I don’t even leave reviews honestly but I just wanted her to know I appreciated her kindness. It goes a long way!

Rude. Unprofessional. Passive aggressive. Snobby. Childish. Ignorant about the position they are in. They speak to customers, even elderly customers, like they should already know all about phones and their service. Y friend went on as soon as she was off of work and even though it was 20 minutes before closing, she would not be able to make it there at any other time nor in the next few days, so she went inside to have her issues resolved. The kids inside were blatantly annoyed they couldn't go home, and the manager didn't make sure we ignored that. Instead, he told my friend to come back another day because everyone is ready to leave. She tried telling him she came make it at another time and he ignored her, going on about how he and his workers should be allowed to go home. These are the type of people in charge of customer service in the future.

Set up for US Cellular to take payment out of checking account each month on the 5th. Wasn’t told it would take 2 months to set this up. Tried to use phone this morning and it had been shut off. The US cellular rep couldn’t tell me If there would be a fee to get it turned back on.

Been waiting for over an hour, and the manager asked me to wait for someone who walked in 20 minutes after me, guess she knows him. The rest of the staff was super friendly. I do feel sorry for the guy who has been waiting as long as me just to pay his bill.
