Not sure who was delivering mail today but i was standing by the mailbox waiting for my package to be delivered. No mailman showed but I got told my package couldn't be delivered due to animal interference.
While standing by the mailbox I seen no animals to interfere nor mailman, if he done his job correctly as many past mailman have done he would have seen me standing there to receive my package. All I can say is this guy must be new because this is the second time this has happened and both times have been disappointing

I received a notification saying my mailbox had to be moved and signed by a supervisor Michelle Babb... When I called and asked for her she denied her name was what I said and wouldn't say her name but did say yes she's the supervisor. What in the world? She signed her name incorrectly? Then wouldn't say it? I just don't understand. Maybe I'm petty. I just don't believe that's the way it's supposed to work. Shouldn't the supervisor identify themselves? Weird

They don't pick up our mail even when the flag is up and we are a business! Just paid a bank fee for a stop payment on a check to a vendor that they lost somewhere so I can send a replacement payment to them. Probably will FED EX overnight that so I can actually get it to them! They should just go ahead and go broke!

One of the worst post offices I've ever seen. A long line of customer waiting for one brand new employee at the counter and the other women were in the back doing who knows what. The line was out the door. I waited 45 minutes and gave up. The manager needs to be fired cause this place is poorly run

Our delivery guy is awesome! However, I had a package due yesterday. Said "delivered to an agent, picked up at USPS" well... it's not here and not at my neighbor's place. Post office refuses to answer the phone.

This branch doesn't know what customer service is. They don't answer their phones and now they aren't delivering mail where I live, either. What good are they?
