I needed to go to Walgreens, and I go there fairly often, but this time I went for Halloween candy which they always have a great selection. I picked up a few more items, that I needed, and they always have some good sales going on. Nice people always helpful and great people in the pharmacy.

Waited all day for a phone call or text saying my script was ready. It would be nice to actually receive messages they say they will send. Especially when I take the time to make sure they have the correct number on file.

Easy access for nail supplies. Had to search for sugar free Canada Dry. They changed the location.

My dog was having seizures and needed medicine. The vet had written out a prescription. Walgreens pharmacy rejected it, and wanted a digital copy. Vet sent a digital copy and Walgreens pharmacy rejected it, wanted a prescription paper. Two days later my dog finally got her medicine. Wanted to charge me $70. Thank God some told me Good Rx I paid $16 instead. I went into Walgreens to get the medicine and I had tripped and fell over a step ladder that they had in the middle of the aisle. Bruised my leg and toe. Now, It's been two weeks and the corporate claims department still has not called me.

I wished I could give zero stars. My 92-year-old mother that has respiratory gets a refill every 90 days of medication. Every time they’re saying that we need prior authorization through her Medicare however when I call Medicare, they state that they do not need prior authorization. When I call the pharmacy back, they say that it could be up to 30 days before it can be approved. again, this is a 92-year-old lady that needs her respiratory medication and cannot go without it. The last time we had the same issue, we fought for two days to get this information and then all of a sudden they build it to the right spot and she could go pick up her medication with no explanation how it was solved. Very unprofessional people.
