Okay so first off, I like their prices and they have a lot of options.
My complaint is that a lot of the clothes hanging up were so dirty. Like stained with dirt, marks all over them. So you can forget buying anything white here.
Secondly and most importantly ONE of the workers there were beyond rude. Horrible. She had to get us a dressing room open and stood there while we tried on dresses. I completely understand, they had a theft problem. But she literally stood there and you could tell she was fuming the whole time. Her responses were short and really crappy. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt maybe she had a bad day. But I keep hearing this same complaint. I'd maybe consider who you hire because I've never met someone so inconvenienced in my life by just simply being there. All she had to so was open a door and sit there for maybe 10 minutes due to their new policy. I have no words for her attitude besides it was awful. The woman who checked us out was so nice and sweet. Great customer service. But it sounds like one of your employees needs to go. I want to add that i NEVER complain about stuff like this, I let it go. Im not a speak to the manager gal but she was so mean.

Be careful here you don't want to have an appointment before you go in the store cuz you might miss it there's so many things to look at at discount prices that you're going to be in here a while they also have name brand cologne perfume selections lots of name brand stuff at a discount price kind of like Ross but a little more affordable

Omg I had driven to DSW in three separate locations, gone to six separate shoe stores looking for a specific size of WHITE sneakers. No one had them.? Low and b hold at random walls did. Saved 55$ on them to boot.

These people act like bouncers with the makeup! I mean it's chains to get in to look at it and people watching you very closely! So ridiculous it makes you very uncomfortable! I've never stolen and don't need to steal some $10 lipstick! Good deals but not worth the bull!

Unless it's a large percentage off, you really aren't saving money on their clothes. On the other hand, good deals on electronics and other things.
