I've used Weldons for the past 10 years or more and I've always been satisfied with their service. I much prefer Weldons to the Chevy Dealer (my truck brand) or the Nissan Dealer (my car brand).
I hadn't used Weldons automotive repair service in a while when I returned recently to have some work done on my 1997 Chevy Pickup Truck which the local Chevrolet dealer refused to accept because of its age while whining about the difficulty in finding parts, etc for such an older vehicle. The problem with the truck involved a failure of the engine to turnover for starting it. Problem was found by the Weldons crew to be due to a corroded starter lead. At 80 years old, I didn't feel like getting down on the ground and crawling around under the truck to troubleshoot the problem so I took it to Weldons.
The Weldon crew put the truck up on a lift, found the problem and fixed it. In the meantime, I was pleasantly surprised that Weldons had adopted the modern use of Information Technology for informing me as to the details of the diagnosis of the truck by emailing a link to an online detailed list of what would need to be done to repair the vehicle and the estimated cost.
That instead of the usual verbal summary in person or on the phone which tends to go in one ear and out the other. This way the problem was there in print on my laptop computer screen for review as needed or I could print it out which I did.
My only recommendation with regard to Weldons use of Information Technology is to make it routine for submitting a secure payment online for the work done when finished with an invoice provided. I tried to do that, but the credit card payment would not go through due to an unknown glitch forcing the usual in person payment. Cheers!

Very unprofessional business. I even asked to talk to the owner. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service that I have received with the AC service. They are so unprofessional that they hung up on me and now have blocked my number. When I asked for the owner to contact me. And they keep deleting my reviews.

So as I posted for what the situation was, and I had the evaporator coil changed out which plainly shows it had been leaking when they originally stuck all the new parts on the underneath the hood. So I called today because I got the evaporator fixed and told him about the compressor that is still squeaking that was still supposed to be a new one when they put it on my truck, and Josh hung up on me and said That I cannot bring my truck back there because I was going to leave a bad review for them which I have every right in the world to leave a review if they did not do what they were supposed to do. The owner needs to contact me ASAP. Because reviews can be deleted if they fix what they should’ve fixed.

The staff was very polite. When i took my car in all I told them was my car is running load and i had a warning light on. They found the issues and gave me a good price to fix it. My car is now running great!!
