“I contacted Jim Smart about the summer pricing and asked him to have my propane tank filled when it was convenient for him. He had a driver at our house to fill the tank that same day. He has also answered questions for us concerning our tankless water heater.”

“They have great service. Technicians are good folks. People in the office are nice folk. I'd recommend 'em. Of course, these days, anyone that doesn't come at me openly hostile, I consider that a win. But this actually customer service pre-2000. Friendly folks, reasonable prices. No fuss. No muss. Have a good'n.”
