Well he got right on diagnosing my trolling motor problem once it was my turn. I was third in line and ended up leaving my boat as the trolling motor is attached.Waiting to pickup as they called and it is done!

Had a bad trolling motor, John ordered parts, two days later called said they were in. Had it fixed in a couple of hours! Works great now! Can't say anything bad about his service!
