Check your bags before you leave this store. It seems to be an trend of one item missing. It’ll be on the receipt and when you call shortly after about the missing item, it’s magically not there. It’s happened to myself and my mother too. Seems a bit fishy to me. I’m not playing this game anymore.This last incident was approximately at 11:30am on 01/12/24 in case management would like to look into it. Like either it’s being kept or returned for cash. I don’t know but it’s not okay and I won’t be back to this store.

I will say though this place is a complete mess. You can’t even shop the isles, there is clutter everywhere. It’s awful. I understand short staffed and all that but at least move the big carts out of the isles this has been on the birthday isle for two weeks I know for sure.

Employees very rude. Store very cluttered but shelves are empty most of the time. Half the coolers don't work. Can't take dad in wheelchair in there bc can't get around. They have sale tags but won't honor even tho they either haven't took down or have on wrong items. I was charged wrong went back and was told I was being refunded when I returned item .never received money. Instead was charged again so I ended up paying $18 plus tax for one mop that was suppose to be $3. When u need refund bc they messed up there is no key holder there to help and cashier has no idea what to do.i heard employee cuss customer the other night and tell them to shop somewhere else. Customer was not in the wrong the cashier was.store needs new manager and employees that are trained.i have beenassistant manager at dollar general and this is not how a store should be run.store definitely needs some help. I will drive to town to shop from now on. If I could give negative stars i would

I work retail and this store is messed up the endcaps and aisles aren't set and most of the freezers aren't working they are out of everything whoever is running this store should just resign

I was just at the dollar general in bernice oklahoma and used self checkout i scanned all my good items payed with food stamps and had a cash total of $6.02. It’s not much but I didn’t have anything cash the assistant manager paid for it she was unaware how to fix the issue at hand and it also happened to someone else before and the other employee paid for there I just wanna say they didn’t have to do that but they did and that means a lot bc I am really low on funds I didn’t even have it on me I truly appercite her kindness :) god bless these two gals
