I needed help figuring out how to get a head for my steel weed eater or a blade, to cut some tall stocks around my house. Lucas asked if he could help and I told him what I was trying to figure out and he went and got help. Jeremy was amazing. He went above and beyond to figure out what I needed it. But sadly I didn't have the money for the conversion kit. Thanks guys keep up the great work.

they really need to get people in this store that actually know what they are doing!! I hand the cashier a 10% off on my phone to scan. gives me the total. I asked did you not give the 10% off? No I just scanned the card.
People there completely suck!!

Went in today to buy a $400 pressure washer. Walked out knowing I’ll never shop at that location again so long as the same management is there. The manager was willing to lose a $400 sale over a $20off$100 coupon that she was so confident wouldn’t work for my transaction. The manager at this location flat out told me No that she was unwilling to even scan the coupon off my rewards app just to see/prove that it wouldn’t work for my transaction. If you are so confident that my coupon wouldn’t work then what’s the harm in scanning it to show/prove to me it wouldn’t work in order to save a $400 sale and to at least show that you tried to help the customer. Every ace I’ve been to they will scan any coupon I have in my rewards app to just double check if it works to save me, the customer, some money. That’s the whole point of the rewards program, you spend money at Ace you get rewarded. If it doesn’t work then cool we move on, but at least scan it and double check. This manager is flat out unwilling to do that at all so basically at this location coupon's are up to the managers discretion and won’t even be scanned if she doesn’t want to. For that reason alone your store lost a sale and me as a customer. Its no wonder your parking lot is always empty.

Even though I'm in and out, knowing exactly what I am going in for, it's customer service needs improvement. Cashier doesn't make eye contact by any means...as if she's not allowed to lift her head period.
