AT&T personnel waited on me in a prompt manner and I paid my bill quickly! Others were waiting out in the car for me and were happy everything was resolved so quickly, as the temperature was hot outside. Good job!

We were switching carriers and Shelby was quick to respond. He told us of the deals and offers that would apply to us, thought of everything we could use and got everything done super efficiently. He was an Absolute Rockstar!!!

We were in the store before Christmas 2023. There was a lady who was being belligerent because her device wouldn't work. Both employees remained calm and kept their composure. This lady would not quit with her belligerence. They helped her as much as possible, and she finally left. They wished her a Merry Christmas. Great service. Way to go ATT.
