“The service he provided is awesome ! I hit a deer around Cache, Ok last night around 730pm and called Mr.Tripp. He came right away from Altus and hauled my car and me back to Altus. He's very courteous and considerate to the situation and willing to work with my insurance company. I've always heard good things about how he conducts his business but now I've experienced it first hand. Definitely recommend him if you need a tow truck! Between him and my insurance agent they have definitely made a bad situation easier to handle. Thank you again.”

“These guys are awesome. Time and after time they save me money by identifying what the problem really is. The low tire light came on in our Lexus and the dealer quoted around $500 to replace the sensors in 3 tires. I brought it to Smith's Firestone and they noticed immediately the spare time was underinflated. They filled up the spare tire and the light went out on the dash. They wouldn't let me pay them a dime. These are great folks.”

We needed our vehicle sooner rather than later, and we showed up a few minutes before closing, hoping that it would be finished by that day because we needed it. They stayed almost an hour longer fixing, adjusting and running tests to ensure that it was good to go, even though they could have told us to come back tomorrow, they didn't. We're grateful.”
