“I had a great experience with this dealership. Garrett was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted. We did everything over the phone since I live about 3 1/2 hours away. Thank you to everyone who helped me today. This Toyota dealership has great customer service and went above my expectations!!”

“My wife and I inquired about a vehicle online that we were interested in. Randy gave me a call and the first impression is everything. Tonality, and professionalism was on point. Gave me and my wife everything we wanted and a seamless process. No run around and straight to the point. Will be buying another vehicle from Johnny Roberts in the future. Randy is top tier.”

“These guys are awesome. Time and after time they save me money by identifying what the problem really is. The low tire light came on in our Lexus and the dealer quoted around $500 to replace the sensors in 3 tires. I brought it to Smith's Firestone and they noticed immediately the spare time was underinflated. They filled up the spare tire and the light went out on the dash. They wouldn't let me pay them a dime. These are great folks.”

“I was in Altus on Business. I live out of state. It was Friday afternoon after 2 pm and my rear passenger door window actuator went out. From Taylor greeting me at the front to Justyn the Manager getting my vehicle in the shop bay to be assessed by Richard that process was very quick. To my surprise the part was in town. I thought to myself I would eat a late lunch and do some work on my computer. By the time I finished my meal my vehicle was ready. The entire turnaround was about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Smiley Auto's willingness and adaptability to assist me on a Friday afternoon, unscheduled for a reasonable price was amazing! I highly recommend this company for automotive needs.”

“The service he provided is awesome ! I hit a deer around Cache, Ok last night around 730pm and called Mr.Tripp. He came right away from Altus and hauled my car and me back to Altus. He's very courteous and considerate to the situation and willing to work with my insurance company. I've always heard good things about how he conducts his business but now I've experienced it first hand. Definitely recommend him if you need a tow truck! Between him and my insurance agent they have definitely made a bad situation easier to handle. Thank you again.”

“I drove from out of state 1000 miles and my Sons car needed to operate. He needed it to go to Dallas in three days,. I was an outta town , desperate and easy person to take advantage of. This shop was 100% honest and on point. The owner asked if I needed a ride while I waited hours for my pick up. The business hours posted are not what he worked. The dedication and professionalism was absolutely outstanding. This is what service is supposed be!”
