Needed a battery change in the middle of the workday. Came into the store and was driving away with a new battery installed in under 20 minuets. Jacob did the change and was professional and clearly knew what he was doing. Would recommend.

Have been a customer for many years.
I have always had a good experience. Today I went to my local store and there was a new sales person. He was extremely rude and refused to help. I took my business to a competitor for the first time.

Down to Earth, honest and not out to pack sand up your pantleg....not afraid to tell you who might have the part tht they can't get.Don't let females fool ya....some have better auto-sense than some school trained mechanics and won't attempt talking ovr your head trying to look "smart".Good people....
