CrossFit Pegasus is a very clean gym with excellent equipment and a fun, welcoming community. It is a great coaching environment with an emphasis on form, safety, and preventing injury. The coaching talks you through the workouts, ensuring correct form and pacing, and encourages everyone to do their best and push their intensity. There is no pressure, and athletes are encouraged only when ready. The atmosphere is enjoyable, professional, and military friendly. It is a favorite for both drop-ins and regulars, providing a dedicated and supportive place to workout. The facility is excellent and worth a visit for anyone in Altus.

If I lived in Altus, I’d go there. Well, I don’t live in Altus.
I drop in a lot of gyms and this is one of my favorites. David coaches. He doesn’t read a workout, he talks you through it. He coaches those of us that drop in just like the regulars. He has a good atmosphere that I enjoy.

Experienced athlete; this gym rocks. If you’re in Altus for any amount of time the gym is worth the visit. Great coaching with an emphasis on form and safety, but encourages you to crush heavy weights too! Excellent equipment and facility. Military friendly.
