Twice letter packages overnight sent urgent from the V.A. we're not delivered to my home address. Instead we're found soaking wet in a farmers field near my home. Like they were just tossed out the FedEx truck window. Those urgent records found destroy wet after tornado weather and rain. Two weeks after bad weather. They were important records concerning kidney cancer help from V.A. This is not how you deliver urgent records.
