If you want you taxes messed up then this is the place to go. You would think that with 26 years of experience with taxes things would be done right. My taxes were miscalculated not once but twice this year.

Tax preparation was quick, easy, pleasant. After filing, I had to pay federal tax, but will be receiving a state refund. I already was informed of this prior to departing H&R Block's office

Every time I come in I always feel welcome and if I don’t understand something they explain it to me so I can’t understand it they do their job very professional and very precise I love the way the professionism of the business I will always and continue always going through H&R Block

I called this office in trying to help my client assist him with his finances and Terry had attitude from the min she answered the phone. My client foreshadow that i would have a hard time talking to them because other people have tried to help him and they always have attitude. I would not recommend this office and do not waste your time. Not professional and she hung up on me...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with rude people who obviously hate their job!

H&R Block in Altus is a joke doesn’t even deserve a 1 star! The older lady that works in there is rude and has absolutely no idea what she is doing! On her wall it said she’s been working for 15+ years but honestly you are better off doing it yourself, you can google basic tax questions just as well as she can. Definitely don’t recommend paying them to do them just to have to worry about getting in trouble for them being done wrong!They charged us $75 just to get our w-2s and paperwork back because we didn’t feel safe to do it that way even though they did absolutely nothing!TAKE YOUR TIME & MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Appointments mean nothing at this H&R Block. Be prepared to sit and wait about an hour past your appointment time before being called back. Make sure your babysitter is prepared too.
