Ebony went above and beyond to help me approx 2 weeks ago because I had a black screen on my phone and I couldn't make or receive calls or do anything with my phone. “Sparklight Internet in Altus is providing good service for Military families on base. Self installation was a breeze using the supplied modem and Eero router. Initial service quality was less than optimal on the 1GIG package, but a quick call to tech services and timely appointment with onsite tech got us up to speed.
