To be told to go back and forth to different locations to help there numbers out then be told we can add your bank account later. Be told we will give you a discount then to get the thank you have a nice day. We were lied to and disrespected I feel the need to leave this place with less than one star both locations in altus don't care to help you get your taxes done they just want there numbers to grow I pray they get a slow down from this I'm so angry but lessons learned

Well I have use JH for many years and never had any issues however this year was nothing but bs the ladies that work there were rude hateful and uneducated I will no longer be using them they messed up my taxes it's not the women there just That one lady named Tiffany. She was not only rude to her Customers but to her coworkers as well
