Dear Altus USPS,
The new girl who was working the counter on September 22nd around 4:15 today was having a very pleasant conversation with the person in front of me in line today. I walk up and whole demeanor changes. Then talks to me like I'm slow... Okay. My objective there was very simple and was no hassle... I would say I'm pleasant and not usually a bother most of the time so I'm not sure where her attitude was coming from.

Heads up! If you are looking for the drop box because you don’t want to get out of your car, you will find the drive through drop box on the rear(Northside) of the building. Easy access, great place.

Great speedy service over here. Much more availability online to book a reservation prior to coming to the post office. The workers there are super friendly.
I was having issue with getting my first US passport done in Lawton. Their next schedule appointment are like 4 weeks from now.
So glad i came here to process my passport

If I could do less than 1 star I would. I got no notices from them regarding a package that was to be delivered, just a note in Amazon saying they attempted delivery at 9:37am and my mailbox was full. Yeah, I live in a single family home, my mailbox was empty, and at that exact time, I was having coffee looking out the window that overlooks my street. No delivery attempt was made. Now I have to drag my disabled self down to the post office and pick up a 40# box ....their weight limit for delivery and pickup is 70#.

I was supposed to recieve a certified letter. I was home all day and all I recieved was the " Sorry we missed you" slip in the mailbox. I was home when it was to be delivered and have dogs that alert me before the UPS or FedEx folks are on my porch. No attempt was made to deliver and get my signature. When I went to the post office to puck up the letter and confront them about it. I was told it was a he said she said situation and I had to provide proof that they didn't do their job. I have no faith in these people. What a joke, No accountability.

Love this USPS. Friendly staff and I never wait more than say 5 min. Building seems to stay cleaned up really well.

This post office is the worst. No accountability for THEIR mistake and not doing their job correctly.We moved to another state, put a change of address in, effective immediately. Three weeks after when we have not received anything we started calling them. Rosie, made excuses that the computers were shut down, but Andrew told us he would put a note across the box. Even with is calling them 3 times to stay in touch, they sent all our stuff back and we didn't receive any of it. Didn't even get a apology, just excuses!
