“I would’ve given 5, the parts not being on time wasn’t their fault. However, my one complaint is that my car is brand new, and they had it outside without windows during wind storms and now my entire car is filled with dust and had it piled up to the brim with parts leaving creases and marks in the car…. Mind you, brand new. My window tint is scratched on the rear passenger window and my rubber seal is hanging from the rear passenger door. If they’re the ones that detailed it, they did it poorly. Without care. Half arsed if you will…… outside of that, they did a fair job on an insurance claim.”
