  Place to stay with all utilities included in rent. Pests despite professional individual apartments treatment. Roof leaks DESPITE roof tar additions.

  Great owner and very hospitable. Rooms are good and kept clean.

  Rooms are bare bones but clean. I would have rated it higher but I had hell getting someone to answer the phone.
