Highly recommend the team here at 199. I just picked up my vehicle that had been with them for nearly 6 weeks due to several parts delays and broken shipments. While those factors were incredibly frustrating, they were outside of the shops control. 199 kept me informed as much as they could throughout the process which is always appreciated.
I also appreciate that the team here will always source authentic parts from the auto manufacturer versus aftermarket parts that the insurance company tries to push.
No one ever wants to have to use a collision repair shop, but if you do, the guys here at 199 will take great care of you.

Nice people, but it was weeks after I took my truck before i got it back. They were supposed to do an alignment on it, but clearly didn't. On the inside of the truck, the chrome piece that adjusts the ac vent was missing, the panel where the window, lock and mirror adjustment is loose. On the outside the trim on the passenger door is loose and they were supposed to replace a small light on the bed but didnt.
