They are always very kind. I came in to try to make my brother a savings account and even though I couldn’t do it they told me exactly what I needed for it and were very kind the whole time! I love this bank they are awesome. I think the lady I had was named Jessica but I can’t quite remember. Thank you for all your help.

Not friendly. None helpful. Do not trust these people with your money. You will be stuck without away to get it back then the will close your account on top of that ...please use any other bank

Be very careful if you take out a home mortgage from BancFirst, I purchased my home two years ago and told loan officer $1400 was the most I could afford. Two years later I received a letter from mortgage company stating I owed $4,500 in back escrow and my payment was going up $200 per month. The house was a flip house and taxes were based on a $44,000 house rather than purchase price of $185,000, The average tax rate in Oklahoma is .85%, my mortgage was figured at less than .2%. The bank claims they did everything by policy, but I believe common sense should of been a policy, if the loan was figured correctly, my payment should of been $1600 from the beginning. The payment would of been to high and I would not of made the purchase. BancFirst does not have your best interests in mind, just theirs. I was told I’m sorry and I understand why you are upset, but at the end of the day it’s my problem not theirs.

Tried to deposit a cashier's check, unable to verify after waiting for 15 minutes, went to another bank I'm with and bam 2 minutes. Terrible service downtown Ardmore.

The phone customer service is horrible. I called for help because I cannot access my mobile app. She asked for my full social and I don’t go around with my full social or people don’t remember their whole account number either. My phone number is in the account and that’s the number I used to call I can tell me driver’s license number but no she said she can’t help. If that’s the kind of customer service they provide when I need emergency access to my account then I’ll take my business to other bank

Such a pleasant bank. New to town. Dawn helped us open our accounts. The next day we needed a cashiers check and Dawn told us to come see her and she’d get it done for us! Recommend this branch highly
