“The customer service is great. But they don't check there emails I guess. Because I have some charges on my account that happened without my consent. Fraud. And I email customer service 3 or 4 times and did not get a reply to any of them and now because of those fraud charges . Now I have a overdrawn fee and insignificant funds fee all because the bank didn't want to get there email. I'm very disappointed and aggravated.”
