Hours: Based on the reviews, Bath & Body Works moved out of the mall to a new location that is a million times better. The new store is nicely lit, neat, and clean, with friendly and wonderful staff. One staff member was super sweet and informative. The new location is much easier to find than the old one, and customers no longer have to struggle with parking distance or running into people. During a visit, there was a 75% off sale with a large selection of fragrances and plenty to choose from. There were not many customers shopping, so it was easy to take time to browse without being hurried or pushed. Customers often stock up on extra candles, handsoaps, and plug-ins during big sales. The candles and other items are of higher quality and last longer than most. Even seasonal fragrances always smell great and can make a home smell wonderful and inviting.
