I’ve been a member of Beyond the Bar CrossFit for 3 years now, and it has been the best decision I’ve made! I was always intimidated to join a gym, and this one welcomed me right in, and the people and coaches have encouraged me the whole way. Jesse Presley is amazing and has done a great job of modifying workouts to fit my abilities and needs! I’m so thankful for BTB CrossFit!

I have been going to this gym for a few years now. I could just workout at home, but I would rather attend these classes. This is saying a lot coming from me. I have never felt so comfortable at a gym before. Everyone is so encouraging and supportive. I always leave feeling better than when I got there.

While visiting Ardmore from out of town, I stopped by for the 5:30am CrossFit class. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I’ve been to 50+ CrossFit gyms over the years and these guys do it right. Great warm up, great atmosphere, and of course a great workout! Thanks for having me!!

Drop in from TX. I felt welcome from the time I stepped in the box. Jesse is is very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the movements and modifying the wods for all levels of athletes. If you’re in the area check this little jewel out.

I started going this gym a little over a year ago and I’m so glad I did!!! All of the coaches are great and the workouts can be modified for any fitness level! I highly recommend!!!!

Beyond the Bar is amazing. All the coaches are so encouraging and knowledgeable. The owner, Jesse, puts her heart into this business and it shows. I was anti-CrossFit for years, but finally decided to try it and obsessed. I quickly got in the best shape of my life at BtB. I was able to modify everything through my pregnancy and even worked out on my due date. Then CrossFit and the amazing team at Beyond the Bar helped me get back in fighting shape after my son was born. The whole atmosphere at BtB makes it impossible to miss a work out because you want to go!

I have been working out at BTB for about a year now! I have gotten my husband and mother in law both to join as well! The atmosphere is so encouraging and just awesome. I love working out here. All of the coaches are knowledgeable and will make sure you are doing things the right way and every movement can be scaled to your ability so don’t let that stop you from joining our crazy BTB family!

I have been working out with Jesse since before BTB. She is an amazing trainer who is so conscientious of people's goals, limitations, physical strengths, etc. I have been at BTB for a couple of years now. I love the atmosphere. The people are so welcoming and make you feel right at home. Jessie is dedicated to programming workouts that build strengths and challenge everyone of all different athletic levels. Definitely the best programming in Ardmore!

I started CrossFit at Beyond the Bar CrossFit a few months ago and it was my very first time EVER trying. I went in when they had their “bring a friend” WOD and although I had JUST moved to Ardmore and had no friends ?? they welcomed me with open arms and were SO encouraging! My family of five travel for a living, so we move about every 6-8 months and I have never been somewhere to people that were so welcoming, caring and encouraging before. I felt very comfortable in my own skin right off the bat ( and that’s not normal for me). There is ZERO judgement and only kind words and feels. All of the coaches are beyond AMAZING, very knowledgeable and push you to your goals, cheering you on every step of the way! Because of THIS gym, I will ALWAYS and forever choose CrossFit! I love growing as a person and I never knew just how much my body could ACTUALLY do until joining! I love this family and I don’t want to move away!!
