James Bollman, and Lacie Praag were nothing but honest and genuine. The vehicles and service alone move the inventory. Even the additional packages and services added on in the end were fully disclosed, understood, and agreed upon. They make them extremely clear.
There is no need for crappy salesman tricks when you aren’t trying to work your customers over. You want a good vehicle, and a great experience? You go to Carter County Hyundai.

Extremely friendly staff. I have purchased several vehicles from Carter County Hyundai and wish I had purchased my last vehicle there as well. I purchased my 2025 Santa Cruz at Auto Nation Hyundai in Corpus Christi Tx and would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM! They promise anything to get the sale but cannot follow through. Took my baby truck to Carter County for first oil change and love the service girl who greeted me, kept me updated, and took care of my vehicle. I would highly recommend the people in the service department at Carter County Hyundai. My only complaint is it always takes 2 hours or more no matter what you have done, or when you schedule. I would still recommend them, just maybe next time I will take advantage of the complimentary shuttle, and leave my vehicle.

Two weeks ago we were headed to Missouri from Texas to take our daughter's car to her at college when my car broke down in Ardmore, OK,. The check engine light came on and it was a major issue with the cylinders. It was nearly 8am on a Saturday and we had no clue what to do. We looked up Hyundai dealerships near where we were and Carter County Hyundai was literally right by us. We took it straight to them right when they opened, they got on it immediately, and were able to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately it was a bigger issue than originally thought so we had to leave it for a week. They were absolutely amazing and treated us like family. Alexa was amazing and kept me informed of everything going on. They had it fixed within a few days and, praise the Lord, it was all covered under warranty. If you are in the Ardmore area, you have to go to this dealership! They will treat you like family and take care of you even if it's your first time going there.
God definitely has us in the right place and the right time surrounded by people He knew we needed.

Had to have my engine replaced under warranty. They got it approved and ordered the new one and got it all done in 3 weeks..they kept me notified of everything going on with my car and I was amazed that the gave a damn because it was a warranty job..thank you very much..I live in Fort Worth was on a trip when this happened..I wish they were closer I'd give them all my business they are the best hyundai dealership.
.we have purchased 5 new Hyundai's over the last 10 years and they DO back them up.thanks

Bought a car from Lacie & she is amazing!!!! She made it so simple and easy. I drove almost 2 hours for her from Lawton. She had me all approved and ready to drive off before I even got to the lot. The manager there was amazing as well, really everyone. Lacie is the sweetest and I felt comfortable instantly with her. 10/10, recommend this dealership to anyone in the surrounding area.
