“Ok well I am the Manager of the Norman Branch and I can tell you most of the bad reviews are from people who do not take care of their account very well so we have to make contact with them to find out why and that is hard to do when they ignore our calls and avoid the issues so you are only hearing one side of the issue so do not bash us unless you know both sides of the story. I don’t know how managers before me performed but I care about the needs of my customers and will do whatever is needed in my power to help them”
