Went in with a phone from Wal-Mart I had just bought and little did I know Wal-Mart was supposed to activate it. June and Queen were more than happy to take care of this for me. They have ALWAYS went above and beyond to take care of any problem I have had. They both are extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Ladies!!!!!

Not sure if they are still drunk from last night or sipping in the back but I'm ashamed FOR them. The three female associates blasting music at full volume on company speakers, loudly announcing they finally achieved a satisfactory level of male attention on their personal device, all the while completely messing up our simple device switch on an existing line, requiring we add a new line get a new number and call customer service to cancel the existing line we wanted to keep but just put a new device in place of the old one. Support confirmed we should not have been charged $55 and we didn't have to get a new line. Terrible terrible experience.

Angle and her manager was so amazing, sweet, and patient they helped me set up mine and my mother's phone with smiles the whole time even tho I had to leave and come back due to card issues. They also had a lady come in there getting loud and being rude and I give them kuttos for being so professional and helpful the whole time and keeping a smile on there face even tho she was so rude those girls deserve a raise!!!!

I have been with cricket for many many many years and I don’t know whose fault it is but I feel like it’s corporate because every store I’ve been to they never have enough variety of phones and colors of phones, they never have the phone I want and if I settle for something less than what I wanted then they also never have the color I want.
I used to live in OKC and I’ve been to many different stores and this is always the situation, I now live in Ardmore Ok and have been waiting for them to get anything good in.
They don’t even have a single pro Max iPhone or anything bigger than the smaller I phones and the same with the galaxy phone it’s all the older phones. I really wanted a Samsung fold today but no they don’t have that and I said okay how about a pro max in the iPhone, Nope. Nothing. None of your stores are provided enough inventory to satisfy the customers. I promise most customers are just settling for something less because they don’t want to have to wait on something to be shipped i. You guys would make a lot more money and the stores would make a lot more money if you guys kept a good inventory of phones and different colors in the store. This has always been the situation. It is time to step up. I bet if I go to AT&T right now they’ll have the phone I want.

I have used this company for almost 7 years now and I can never get them to answer the phone. They always help out in the store but I live 40 min away and when I try and call they never answer the phone never!! Ardmore is the worst store at answer the phone but they do help the customer when they come in the store.

Yesterday my husband took me to the Cricket store to buy me a new phone and the lady who was there treated us terribly and started yelling at my husband I think the lady had a bad day and took it out on us, obviously we left without buying anything.

My son’s phone has been stuck on SOS mode for the past few weeks and have not had a chance to bring it in. Kermeisha stayed late to ensure I didn’t have to deal with the issue again.
In addition, she was so sweet to my kids & made us all feel very comfortable throughout the long process!

Horrible service… I have been a Cricket customer for over 7 years and I needed to get info on the warranty for my phone and the lady was rude and careless…
Will switch to T-Mobile pretty soon.
