Dollar General is described as the best place by some, with friendly and very helpful staff. Reviews note a store manager who is incredible and amazing at her job, and another employee with pink hair who is always nice, courteous, respectful, and professional. Some customers are impressed with improvements and believe the new manager has the heart to get the store back the way it should be. However, other reviews state the store is not as clean as when it first opened and has become unkempt. It is often understaffed, though its location is convenient for quicker trips. There have been instances of rude employees, but not consistently.

The BEST place !! Friendly and very helpful! We had 50 or d as o ballon’s to get filled for a memorial party and the store manager I believe Kaitlyn was just incredible!! She was by herself and managed checking folks out while helping us she’s just amazing at her job! Thank you so much !

I was impressed by how much this store has improved since the last time I was there. Yes, there still needs to be improvement, but it will take awhile to get the store back the way it should be. I think the new manager has the heart to do it. Just give her some time.
