Update: Because I am fair and give a second chance. This experience was even worse! Have never been in a Freddy's that didn't serve Freddy's sauce!;Franchise needs to be pulled as they are ruining the chain appeal. Love this chain, but this shop is not being run correctly.

First time eating there. Was well pleased with the menu and the food. Love their French fries. Will surely go back.

First time eating here. Great burgers and fries, but the wait was long. 20 minutes waiting for our order is a little long for a restaurant that was not busy. They may have been short staffed. I would recommend eating here for good food at a reasonable price.

Normally I love Freddy’s but the one I went to in Ardmore, OK about a week ago was subpar. They were out of chocolate frozen custard, the dinning room wasn’t really clean, and the worse part was the burger. My two patties were as though when they went to transfer from the grill to the bun, they didn’t fully get underneath the patty and sheared off the bottom half. Honestly if this was my first time I would never go back to another one. But luckily I know what they are supposed to be like and will continue to go, just not in Ardmore.

Only my second time trying this chain and the first experience in Tulsa was flat out amazing.Unfortunately this location served me a soggy lukewarm burger that had clearly been sitting under a lamp for an hour along with some fries that tasted like burnt rancid fryer oil. I tossed it all after a few bites.

Stopped in about 5 mins after opening...had left OKC earlier that morn and hadn't ate...was going to get it to go at drive thru, but the wife wanted to go in to use the restroom ...so we went in...the smell of OLD grease was wretched.... not smell of being freshly cleaned at all....I walked up to the counter to order...no one was there... but I notice an OPEN bucket with some chocolate looking mess all over it right in front of the register...across from there was a machine with yogurt flowing out of it into a bucket with NO SPLASH/SNEEZE GUARD covering the yogurt...this very polite young lady asked to take my order... As soon as I was done ordering, she informed that the register had just crashed.... so she started over on a different one...the another girl came up and told her not use that one...so she called a young man up to the front and told him what had happened...they got it fixed and I paid... meanwhile while waiting on my food, I noticed how filthy the whole place was...they had just opened and I was the first customer of the day...they must've not cleaned last night before closing, then as I observed further it was evident that this location hadn't been cleaned or deepcleaned for weeks if not months!!... the thot of possible rodents and bugs made me deathly ill... about that time, a young man with greasy looking hair(like not showered in days!) hanging down across his face called out #251 and pushed a tray with a hamburger in a basket towards the counter. Well I'm #252 and the only customer here and this order was supposed to be to go, I then informed the young man whom had fixed the cashier problem earlier, that my appetite had been ruin by the sight and smell.of the restaurant and would like my money back...he obliged and apologized, I told him what I had observed and he said he had only been there two weeks, I ask him for the GENERAL MANAGER, and he informed me the HE was the GM.... goodness can we not get any qualified people any more

They were out of Freddy's salt... what kind of Freddy's runs out of salt. Service was slow. Food was good.

There was chaos behind the counter trying to order. The food did come out as ordered but for the price would rather go to a nice restaurant where I sit down and have somebody wait on me.
