“YES YES YES. Meteoflex in Ardmore OK is extremely well equipped. Everything a bodybuilder, Powerlifter, hybrid athlete needs. 24/7- you can purchase a day pass online and get let in via the app. This gym is stacked with top of the line arsenal equipment, 3 sets of dumbbells (up to 150's) outside training area with machines. They have a one of the kind supplement/shake bar, kids club, posing classes, and this gym is in a travel network for popular vendors like Gasp & Better bodies. THIS gyms' equipment stacks up against some of the BEST, Sq Footage and amount of peices . Lighting is great. And it is clean. Damn near perfect except the geolocation of the city. But if you’re in Oklahoma, it's most likely going to be a 10/10 gym. The owner Micah and his wife are competitive athletes and can connect you with the best coaches and trainers around the country. They are tapped in.”

“This gym is like a home away from home! Jesse is a phenomenal coach who is both knowledgeable and gifted in coaching. Each workout is planned and thought out, and is always able to be adjusted accordingly depending what life phase you’re in. Doesn’t matter if you’ve done CrossFit style workouts for 10 years or never - this place will have you covered. It is such a welcoming atmosphere and I can’t imagine working out anywhere else!”

“Cleanest PF I’ve ever visited! I stopped in on my way to DFW from OKC and I couldn’t be more pleased. Alisia at the front was friendly and helpful. Glad I stopped in to use my Black Card membership!”
