There’s better choices than how they treat and act, a bit of common courtesy and good manners and actually knowing the job could be a really good start maybe 🙄

They used to be so nice when you came in or went to the drive thru but here lately. The females that come to the window are so rude and very unhelpful. They called my number to let me know my prescription was ready and my daughter answered the phone and they hung up on her. I'll be taking my business elsewhere as well as my family.

I've had maybe three or four encounters with this place and every single time, I get no smile, not any type of manners from any of them. Every time I tell myself that maybe they're having a bad day, maybe it's just that person, but every single person seems to snub their nose up at me. They don't have any kind of warmth or even say hello when they greet me. It's more like what's your name, what do you hear for, and what do you want. That is what I'm getting from this pharmacy. Maybe it is just me and they think they're better than me, I don't know. But whatever it is, I don't like the way that I get greeted or the way things get handled. I don't even get told goodbye or to have a good day. I just get told sign on the line and that's it. There's no greeting, nothing at all throughout the whole process that gives me any kind of warmth or thought that they give a crap about me. Again it's probably just this particular people that I've dealt with but I've dealt with four of them now and they were all young and they all acted the same way. Besides that I haven't had a lot of problems but they do take it up on themselves to decide whether or not prescriptions get filled when they're called in, based on whether they think it's on accident or not. And I usually don't leave any kind of reviews, but this morning the way that I was dealt with, based on my past experience, I felt like I needed to do so. I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas.

I have used this pharmacy for years upon years, and never had a problem. Ever since I started a new medication, I've only had problems. I really understand that shortages are an issue, and shipments are out of the staff's control.
So, one Monday I called to see if my prescription was ready, and they gave me the run around of "Call back in an hour to see if we got it". The prescription in question was filled SUNDAY. SUNDAY. So I was without my prescription for no other reason than laziness and not wanting to check. Week after week, it was the same thing. "Insurance doesn't want to pay" , "We'll get it on the next shipment." , "We only have name brand."
If my prescription order was made weeks before these statements, why can't they fill it, instead of just "running out"?
Sometimes I think they just wanted the name brand profits.
I now use CVS and they are cheaper and more friendly. Rudeness was a common issue, but I wasnt gonna speak on it until they did me the way they did. I don't have to call every other day to hope they filled my medication, and I'm WAY more informed. Switch while you still can!

This place is a joke. Learn to hire adults who can communicate with customers better. The dumb brown hair immature girl states that it's the customers responsibility to know when the pharmacy discontinue an item. What idiot says that? If I call in a refill on a Friday and if isn't available any longer from your wholesaler when I come to pick it up on Monday, how is it my fault that I didn't call you everyday to check to see if it is still available to be refilled? Henry Roberts need to hire adults not kids that need to be trained in customer service. Bunch of childish little girls working here

My sons prescription was suppose to have 5 prednisone tablets and there was only 4! Might check your prescriptions before you leave and get home or leave.

I have been a customer here for many years. I have always been treated kindly and greeted with a smile. Most times I receive a text saying my meds are ready for pickup before I get out of the Drs ofc parking lot! The only time I might have to wait a while is the first of the month when every one is busy. They do their best. And if they are out of a med, they will find who has it for me. I will continue to give my business to these great folks who treat you like family. ❤️

I have been a customer for a couple of years and tonight I was very disappointed. I went in 6 minutes before closing, apologized for being last minute, after entering the store a young woman yells across the room “NAME AND DOB?”. I’m so flabbergasted at this point? I come in and the young girls are giving very childish energy making faces. The young woman says “haha I seen that” as another girl made a disgusting face. I’veworked in a bank and it can be annoying when customers come in last minute but a closing time is set and you do your job and have customer service skills NO MATTER WHAT. it literally took two minutes for them to give me my medication, it was not that serious. As I’m leaving another man walks in and she also yells at him “NAME AND DOB?” All upset. SMH I will be switching pharmacy’s asap!
