Poor customer service, the teller talked to me without ever making eye contact and her tone felt like I was in trouble. I just wanted to cash a $30 Check which she took over 5 minutes doing. I will never bank at this institution

Went there for a car loan and spent the entire day working through stuff and signing to get the car, when I came down to getting the check they told us we would have to pay 6k but to get the loan because they wouldn’t cover trade in cost. Didn’t tell us until after we had signed all the paperwork and purchase agreements and now we are stuck with this car

Young girls working at this bank don't know what they are doing even the manager. Rolling their eyes, shaking their heads, mumbling. They should hire new women or men not kids who don't know their job. They also have color problem so if you are brown or black don't go there.

Staff is in no hurry to assist your needs. After hearing them gossiping in another room, I was told they would get to me after they finished a big transaction. She eventually made it to her desk to finish the big transaction!

The lady with the blonde hair white glasses early 30’s at the commercial drive thru was incredibly rude!!! Rolling her eyes and shaking her head at me all because I let her know the check she made was made out wrong and I asked to get it changed. Will not be coming back to this location again!!!

ABSOLUTELY the WORST bank I’ve ever used! VERY high interest loans and fees.I’ve been a member for 35 years and Landmark Bank, now Simmons Bank, keeps getting worse by the year. I will admit… There are some very nice people working inside.Shopping for a new local bank.

Worst bank ever, I hate the drive thru machine-telllers, machine ate my money, hateful employees especially at Ardmore branch, terrible online banking as other reviewer stated with balance not making sense bc pending transactions do not show up. Awful just awful.

Simmons Bank is non-compliant with the IRS COVID-19 guidelines to suspend direct debit payments. The IRS states "Banks are required to comply with customer requests to stop recurring payments". Simmons still charged a stop-payment fee. Plus they are the rudest people in the world!
