I prepaid for gas inside and the pump shut off. Only had a half a tank of gas when it shut off so I went inside and was told it would reimburse me my money okay no problem but my tank isn’t full and I need gas. Was told from the rude girl working that I would have to prepay again to pump more gas… as I’m understanding this.. I paid for $50 and it shut off at 20 I’d have to run my card again and hope it doesn’t shut off and I get reimbursed for the first time and second time? Make that make sense. Don’t appreciate her attitude and she got it right back.. won’t be back.

The professionalism from one of the staff members was 0/10 do not recommend. Total crash out bc a customer said there was no toilet paper in a stall. Was the line long? Yes. But it was as easy as saying “excuse me could I please put some toilet paper before you go in?” Nah. She’d rather be on her phone then cuss the customers out. Wild.

For a small location it is Great Stop!! Awesome Staff, Lots of Food Choices From store brands, then Subway and also Godfathers Pizza. Nice well kept store also plenty of Truck Parking! Kidos!

I was in shower #2 today (9/2/2025). No trash can, and one obvious thing that was completely missing... freaking shower heads. It was like taking a shower with a garden hose. Water was all over the floor after my shower, nearly to the entry door. Fortunately, I just happened to have a towel in my bag i put down to walk on to keep from slipping and getting hurt... really want a pleasurable experience. Come on guys, we bust it out here to make sure you are taken care of, return the favor.
Edit: not only was the shower missing the shower heads.... but only one freaking washing machine and three dryers.... and the one freaking washing machine was out of order.. please corporate, if you're looking at this. Address this issue... how is he willing to compensate further lack? I can get you a drink or a sandwich... well, buddy, that's not gonna get my clothes washed and dried or replace the shower heads and the shower...

I bought food on June 18th but they charged me $10.36 twice. The cashier scanned my food with the right cash register first and then I swiped my card to pay. But she suddenly said that the machine was broken and then she scanned my food again with the left cash register, and I swiped my card to pay $10.36 again. Two days later I found that my credit card was charged $10.36 twice in a row. I am disputing this transaction and I want them to refund my $10.36.

Comical how everyone of the staff went out of their way to look past or over my head. One person looked in my face on my way out and said nothing. Dirty head and cramped entry due to diesel pump position make me regret taking a 30 here. Not like other loves at all.

My team driver and I stopped in for a shower we both paid $17. Both of our showers were dirty, I had trash on the floor and towels were stained. My partner couldn't shave because the fan wasn't working and he brought the stained wash cloth to the manager Shaun, she said it wasn't very nice, and that she had checked the fans before she went on vacation. It was our first time at Love's truck stop for a shower, we won't be going to a Love's truck stop for showers anymore.

Go into this door every Friday and the lady running the. Register flax lady never gives me a receipt. The receipt machine says only plainly, if you're not offered or received, you will be even $1. I've been in there the last 4 or 5 weeks and never mind Have been offered a receipt, nor do I get the dollar that they say, then I get gas in my truck at the pump and it doesn't have any receipts paper in the machine . Evidently love travel stop is the same as the rest of the world. Always saying they're going to do something and never do it. You're so misleading

Knowing this Loves has been recently remodeled I stopped to get a shower. My codriver and I watched our showers being cleaned. They didn’t use any disinfectant in either shower. That’s unacceptable. I only buy fuel at Loves truck stops and use their products and shops and our food. They are using the towels they give us to dry the floors and I watched them after they dried the floor use it to wipe the sink out. DISGUSTING. DO BETTER LOVES. It’s on your advertisement that the showers are CLEANED.
