I bought an LG refrigerator that cost almost $3,000 about 20 months ago. It has already died. I bought a warranty at the time of purchase that cost almost $300 thinking that this would cover us. Well, we are now going on 3 weeks of being blown off by Assurant Warranty company and the Sears Home Service as the repair company. I have had 2 appointments where the technician has not showed up. At least the 2nd time, I received a call telling me as such, late in the afternoon after waiting at home most of the day. The first time, we never received the luxury of a phone call! Folks think twice about buying LG products if they can't last longer than 20 months. Also think long and hard about buying a warranty from Lowes as they will jerk you around to get any repair service to happen. I'm about ready to drop the refrigerator in the front door of Lowes and let them deal with it as it is worthless to me in the condition it is in!!!!

went into lowe's in ardmore paid 1700.00 cash money for a all in one washer and dryer. they said it would be delivered on the 12th i called on the 23rd to find out it was gona be 3 more months before i could get my appliance so i went to store and told them to cancel my order and they did but wouldn't give me my cash back said i had to take in form of gift card. i argued for a bit to find out that the gift card had to come from corporate by mail. i was extremely pissed. then a few weeks later i call about gift card to find out that they told me it was hung in my gate entrance. i never received the gift card nor my money back. so be ware if you pay for something a head of time . if you pay cash you will not get cash back it will be a gift card that will never make it to you. Where do I start. If all you needed was something simple, that didn't require customer service or help at the front desk and could find everything on your own or didn't have to return anything I suppose it would be safe to take a chance but that where things get tricky. The first of February we purchased a range, which they didn't have in stock. No big deal. It took a few weeks for one to arrive. Then time for installation. A time was set. So we thought. It came and went. It was canceled and rescheduled. Last minute. Second time. Same thing. Last minute. Third. Again. Canceled the morning of. Now each time we had to rearrange our schedules to fit their schedules and it wasn't easy. We were jumping through hoops because we didn't and hadn't had a range the entire time because we were taking them at their word. We started pushing it trying to find out what in the world was going on because we had changed our schedules so many times and we could see this happening again and again. someone wasn't honest with us. We spent one whole day making phone calls to finally find out they had no installer in the area to do the work. So in February and March and part of April we had been told everyone was sick and could do it next week then next week then in two weeks. Now while we were trying to contend with the installation services I had talked with Lowe's store manager Johnny. Explaining what was going on. He said he would make some phone calls and call me back. He did call me back and explained that the installer would reschedule and set a date and get it installed. I forgot if that was time three or four. After the next cancellation I called Johnny again because he told me to call and talk to HIM. I tried. There was everybody in the book that I had to explain all this to again and again because where was Johnny??? Who knows. To this day he has never returned my phone calls or messages. At one point someone at Lowe's authorized the delivery of the stove. Not to be installed but to sit it in the middle of the kitchen. At this point we began looking for someone to connect it up because my husband is disabled and couldn't do it. Mind you we had already paid for it to be installed so from this point we had to get the money back for that. I made several calls. I finally got to the point where enough was enough and call their 1-800 number to complain. I was told they had 24 hours to respond. They did and we got the installation fee refunded but this experience is not worth ever purchasing anything for lowes again. Not to mention we had purchased a over the stove microwave and later found out we couldn't use one. It was still at the store at the time, we hadn't even seen it and instead of them crediting our Lowe's card they said we had to have a gift card!!!!??? So now we have no microwave we have to pay for. i would give them a negative review but that's not offered. One star is to good for them.

Better than most Lowe's I know. Clean and spacious. Well stocked. Nice plants. I'd come back

We purchase a lot of stuff here at Lowe's. We even have a Lowe's credit card. Hubby likes the discounts. Update on the farm equipment: We have purchased a garden tiller, two John Deer Mowers & a Toro mower from Lowe's. The garden tiller we purchased years ago is still working great. Just last weekend the handle bars broke & we had to weld them back but it's still working great & we totally recommend the garden tiller. Both John Deer mowers were a piece of crap. We later learned that the John deer mowers are not the same quality as if you purchase them from John Deer. So maybe if you are looking for a John Deer mower, go to the John Deer dealer. We do not recommend them from Lowe's. However, the little red toro mower I purchased for the beachhouse in Florida is amazing & we both love it. So totally recommend the Garden tiller & Toro mower. Do not recommend the John Deer mowers. Bee sweet & bumble. Happy Gardening :)

Bought 6 picture windows and the seals leaked since purchase. Contacted Lowes, provided receipt and sticker information to make a claim on 10 year warranty. Never got a response after 3 tries. Drove to Lowes in Ardmore, OK talked to Angelia at the Pro's desk and they said they would contact the manufacturer and get back with me. It never happened. Tried to contact Reliabilt windows but there is no phone number to get warranty or support. Terrible support from Lowes. The 10 year warranty is non-existent for support from Lowes or the Reliabilt. Just one big scam from Lowes.

I called to see if they had a dryer part in stock and the lady I spoke with was very rude and put me on hold for over 55 minutes and I finally just hung up.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experience in my life. Not 1 but all 4 associates we tried doing business with were rude, not helpful and disrespectful.

Just went to this Lowes. Working in the area. Our home base is 3 hours from this location. Didn't have what we really wanted but, we found some things to make work what we wanted to do. Finally found my items went to register they only had one open. Was second in line waited for 30 minutes behind someone that was having problems with their items mostly electrical items. Then they opened service desk I should have got to check out 1st and ended up being last behind 10 other people trying to check out. This Lowes sucks eggs. If Ardmore has anywhere else you can go support them instead.

Very poor customer service. Smart mouthed girl that stands up front not doing much of anything. Lines get backed up and won't open another register. One open right now and service desk will ONLY do returns. Two women standing there not doing much. Asked if I could check out my one item and the front end supe (smart mouthed girl with maroon hair) told me the girl working customer service couldn't check me out because she's to new. After I walked off, she told a man about SIX people behind me in line that he could check out at customer service. What?!! She also chewed out employees in front of customers. Very unprofessional.

Customer service over the phone sucks. They dont know how to transfer the calls. They hang up on you, put you hold and leave you, etc. The install group is unfriendly & refuses to help customers before the 3rd day of wait time. I called & asked to schedule my install, "well, it's only the 2nd day and they have 2-3 business days to call you", is what I was told. Nothing like 'helping the customer.... seriously, they were no help at all. Ok, I'll wait for day 3 before I dare to ask to get scheduled for an item I bought last week. Wish there was a Home Depot nearby because I'd go there over this place any day!

Not my favorite lowes. From OKC I'm in Ardmore doing a job I've been here twice before both times didn't have what I needed (lumber) this is my 3rd visit and I arrived at 6:40 and they don't open for 20 minutes. I never seen a lowes that didn't open at 6:00 seems silly when there are a dozen people waiting in their cars for them to open.

Can't find anyone in the place that knows anything. Made four trips before I found someone that could look up and order windows, then they were wrong when they finally came in. Went in to get texture and a texture knock down tool. Nobody really new what it was. Had to look it up on their site and show them a pic. Five different employees said they don't carry them and would have to order it. Went looking around some more myself and found them. They would rather lose a sale than do their job. Totally lazy. Hard to believe that they can hire that many incompetent people in one place but they managed to.

Pretty good Lowe's store. Sometimes you'll come in and find that you can't find an employee to help locate something but for the most part they are always around and helpful. Store is clean and well maintained. Checkers are very helpful

I have purchased lots of different items from Lowes. Most of it has been without any problems. I went there to purchase a LOT of lumber for a new project. I have in the past used my big truck (18 wheeler) to haul my lumber. I get to the Lowes in Ardmore and there are now signs everywhere prohibiting 18 wheelers in the parking lot. I called and asked if that was for non customers or everyone that happens to drive a big truck. They said it applied to everyone but if there was any space at the lawn and garden end of the store, I could use that. I told them "no thanks". Almost a full bundle of 2X4X8 on a cart - pushing it the complete length of the store aint gonna happen. Guess I will find another lumber yard that is truck friendly. Been nice doing business with you.
