If I could give no stars I would terrible customer service had a grill on display that was broke an associate said they could give me 20% off I was fine with that. Then they come back to say they couldn’t sell it to me after I spent 30 minutes waiting only to have coop the assistant manager not even honor the price on the QR code that you scan with the items display or offer a discount on a new one for the false advertisement and for wasting my time. Spent 45 mins in the store to walk out without anything after being told by an employee and his supervisor that I could have said item at 20% off then be told no by another person. Train your associates better the place is a joke.

Don't bother with this place. There are much better options, that will fulfill your order correctly. Customer service bucks as well. Don't expect any answers from them, except "I'm sorry." Yeah, I'm sorry for even wasting my time with this place. Won't shop here anymore and I suggest you do the same.

I love the self checkouts. Don’t have to wait in a long line. Shane waited on us and he is very professional and nice and there to help all customers and always smiling and very friendly. I love Lowe’s in Ardmore.

Excellent customer service from entry to exit! I was greeted several times and asked if I needed assistance. Kara greeted us as we walked in and while walking through out the store Tyler & CeCe assisted and made sure we had what was needed. There was a gentleman in paint and one in tools that also acknowledged and asked if I needed help. Love this especially now when it seems that other big box stores have forsaken the basic customer service rule…. Speak and acknowledge! Love it here!!

I needed help finding a bracket and screws. I asked five, yes that's 5, different employees for assistance. All referred me to the next one, except the last woman, who told me to push the buzzer and some one would be right along. So, I pushed said buzzer. And waited. And waited. Three times I pushed the thing when it stopped and waited 25 minutes in that aisle AND NEVER SAW A EMPLOYEE ANYWHERE!!! NOT ONE PERSON ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. I finally just grabbed what I thought would working and left.20 minutes later, I'm back with my husband because I got the wrong thing. Upon entering the store, we were not greeted or even asked if we could be helped. We asked to speak to a manager, I believe his name was Keith, but after waiting another 15-20 minutes, no one knew where Keith was and no one else could help us. Lowe's, you dropped the ball on this one. We are VERY DISAPPOINTED in your service and there were employees roaming all over the store, but not a one of them spoke to us. You really need to upgrade your customer service skills and have some type of management available at all times. Guarantee this wouldn't have happened at HOME DEPOT. NEXT TIME I'LL DRIVE TO GAINESVILLE TX and be welcomed!
