The ladies were so knowledgeable in helping us find a new plant for our new home. I wish we lived in Oklahoma so that we could come back to shop again, but overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Hopefully, we'll be back sometime in the near future.

BUYER BEWARE, this place took advantage of my grand parents and sold them a sick tree. We called an arborist and he said the tree had been SICK for quite a while. He also told my grandmother that if she called Marcum's and got them to replace it he would go himself and pick her one out. For two weeks she called and they would not return her call. When they finally returned her call they promised they would fix the situation and replace the sick dying tree. Here we are 4+ weeks later and nothing has been done they haven't even called her and set a date. What a dirty thing to do to elderly people especially. These tree cost lots of money and not to mention the extra cost for someone to come out and plant it for them. They should be ashamed taking advantage of elderly people in such an unprofessional manner.

Clay and his crew are VERY personable and caring. They take care of you from beginning to end, assuring you totally understand and if you have questions (even the dumb questions) they answer with confidence and patience. I asked for amended topsoil. Cashier says they don't have that. I ask y'all have topsoil? Yes. Y'all have compost? Yes. Y'all have them mixed together? "Yes, it's called Micro Mix. $72 per scoop." Ok, I'll take 3 scoops. $230 something and a week later every bit of that topsoil is full of weeds. I topped a beautiful lawn with this stuff, now weeds EVERYWHERE! Cannot recommend!

We traveled to Oklahoma from Alabama to plant a memorial tree in honor of my mother who passed a month ago. I had a general idea of what I wanted but I have to admit I have no green thumb. The ladies at Marcum’s were so helpful and made sure I got just the right tree and the root treatment I would need as well as a small travel shovel. Their kindness was amazing. Thank you so much for helping in this journey to honor my mom by planting a tree in her hometown.

Called for a quote to plant some plants, shrubs, bushes in a flowerbed. This was a few weeks ago and they promised someone would call me back to schedule a time and date for a quote. No one had contacted me back. Very poor first impression of this business. I will take my business elsewhere.
