These people are wonderful, respectful, kind and understanding. They'll work with you on payments, they did for me because my check was that following week after the due date and they allowed me to pay my original payment once payday hit instead of having late fees tacked on. I highly recommend them. Also, please be sure that you tell them you're going to move out; they're so nice however if you don't clear it out completely; you won't be able to rent from them again and they were calm/collective/kind on explaining why. I totally get that and respect it. I'm telling y'all, I've rented units before and these people are by far too notch with their character. Thank you all very much for all you've done. Have a blessed life and I'm glad y'all are here!

This is by far the best storage units I've ever experienced it's the safest n most protected with it's security n surveillanced, they watch all footage even thru the night. Even tho I'm am behind on payment they still r friendly as ever n easy to work with I highly recommend this storage if u r looking for a secure. Clean. N great ppl to work n talk to they r the place to go. Thank u n I do appreciate for ur hospitality n for ur businessMichael Buss

Poor operation hours. Says they're open until 2pm on Saturday, but when I got there to pay rent just 5 minutes past 1pm the gate was closed to the door and I couldn't pay the storage fee. Now it'll be considered a "late fee" since I work M-F in OKC and can't pay it until NEXT weekend!!! If jours of operation have changed the business should update such appropriately and in a timely fashion. Not to mention they keep trying to change the due date on storage rent, which I'm pretty sure is illegal since the units are paid on a MONTHLY basis, not every 30 days.

This is the friendliest, safest, most secure storage facility in Ardmore without a doubt!! I had two units here for over a year and could not be happier with the level of professionalism. I would highly recommend and return in the future. Thank you Merrick Drive Storage!!

I wish I could give this place more stars. I am out of state and had to store my parents stuff after my dad passed away in 2017. My parents' possessions were in perfect condition when I finally had time to empty the unit in July of 2021. The lady, Rhonda, that runs the place is super nice and very accommodating. If I had to rent a storage place in Ardmore, I would only use Merrick Drive Storage. I highly recommend them for all your storage needs.

Absolute BEST place to store your personal belongings. Never had 1 issue the entire year I had my things stored with them. My belongings were always safe and I never had to worry. Even when Ardmore flooded from heavy rain, my belongings were properly protected from water due to their perfectly built drainage system. Not 1 thing of mine was destroyed during the flood....nothing even got wet. HIGHLY recommend this company.

we walked to our storage after hours and didn't realize we wasn't going to be able to walk out bc if you are not in a car the gate won't open. So we called them and they left there home and was there to let us out in no time and wasn't mad about it....very good people!! They work with you about anything!! I can't praise them enough!!!! Anyone needing a storage these people are the best and the place is nice and clean and your belongings are safe!!! Escobedo Family!!!
