The nice pretty lady Jaden working did very well helping us today... She had several customers come in acting rude and giving her a hard time she never once broke her sanity and was professional the entire time.. she finally got us taken care after a few system issues and updated all my information.. fixed my phone.. got us Internet... Added a line... With a smile and I will be back.. thank you sweet Jaden for being sooo helpful and taking care of all my needs/issues.. you rock....

I spoke to Metro customer service reps and they don't want to fix what their coworker messed up. I'm very unhappy with their customer service. Their customer service is so lacking that I'm surprised they call it customer service at all.

Horrible customer service. No one knows how to do their job and by that I mean I walked in to spend money and add a line to my existing account and they did not know how to sell me a phone. Called the manager he didn't know either. I asked for a district managers number but they didn't know how to do that either. If my home store in Oklahoma City was like this I would have never had been a customer.
