“Went in to pick up the new iPhone 17 pro max. The one in stock was unable to be sold because it was mistakenly sent to this store instead of the one it was ordered from. So, there were 2 managers and one gentleman from corporate that thought of sending one of the managers to the store in Madill to get another phone that could be sold to us. They got it and brought it back and was able to sell it to us, while also waving the activation fee, for our troubles.
To me, they went above and beyond providing us exceptional customer service.

“The ONLY store that I will go to, is the Verizon store on 12th street in Ardmore. And the ONLY person I will work with is Cory. Everyone in the store has always been so nice. But, Cory goes above and beyond to fix any problems you may have. He troubleshoots everything. You definitely can’t go wrong with Cory and Verizon.”
