“Omg I think this place is AWESOME. I texted on Sunday and actually got a reply from Kelly. She answered my questions with knowledge and kindness. I will never go anywhere else. I had to have speakers in an iPhone 8 Plus I know it’s an oldie but it’s a goodie now. Kelly fixed it while I waited and it only took about 10-15 minutes. When she told me the cost my mouth almost hit the floor. So reasonable I had been quoted $100 plus. And Kelly’s price was no where near that. I highly recommend you go to 580 for any cell phone need. Thank you Kelly for all you did for me.”

I learned today that they bought out straight talk from Walmart and “I only do straight talk”, because they have the best Internet service, as a truck driver, You know that you’re up in mountains, very remote areas and with most companies. The reception will drop not with them and Verizon bought them out. So this is awesome I came to them because I needed reception in foreign countries two of which it’s included. It’s a win-win . The young lovely lady that help me, thank you.”

“Went in to pick up the new iPhone 17 pro max. The one in stock was unable to be sold because it was mistakenly sent to this store instead of the one it was ordered from. So, there were 2 managers and one gentleman from corporate that thought of sending one of the managers to the store in Madill to get another phone that could be sold to us. They got it and brought it back and was able to sell it to us, while also waving the activation fee, for our troubles.
To me, they went above and beyond providing us exceptional customer service.

“I don’t think I’ve ever had the greatest experience at any establishment then I have at this T-mobile location, not only did they go above and beyond for my fiancé and I, from making sure we had the best time waiting while we set up our new phone from our old ones. They made sure time was spent laughing and having fun. Trenton was amazing with answering any questions we had, on top of Cindy taking the time to place 2 new phones on hold for us. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you guys for the great experience!!”
