“They’re always so helpful! Went in because my iPhone was not charging and they had me in and out with a new one in no time. I sat there maybe an hour and most of that time was spent waiting for my information to transfer. Every other person that came in while I waited was assisted with respect, kindness, and knowledge. They shared honest opinions on products and expressed their ability to help with the utmost professionalism. It’s hard giving people an answer you know they don’t necessarily want, they did it with grace. Bryce is awesome, he’s helped me several times and is always patient and helpful. The other two people working in there were also great! I even told one of them that while I was there because the way they acted in their position was admirable. You can tell they are experienced in their roles and with their customers. Could not recommend these guys enough!!”

I learned today that they bought out straight talk from Walmart and “I only do straight talk”, because they have the best Internet service, as a truck driver, You know that you’re up in mountains, very remote areas and with most companies. The reception will drop not with them and Verizon bought them out. So this is awesome I came to them because I needed reception in foreign countries two of which it’s included. It’s a win-win . The young lovely lady that help me, thank you.”
“Omg I think this place is AWESOME. I texted on Sunday and actually got a reply from Kelly. She answered my questions with knowledge and kindness. I will never go anywhere else. I had to have speakers in an iPhone 8 Plus I know it’s an oldie but it’s a goodie now. Kelly fixed it while I waited and it only took about 10-15 minutes. When she told me the cost my mouth almost hit the floor. So reasonable I had been quoted $100 plus. And Kelly’s price was no where near that. I highly recommend you go to 580 for any cell phone need. Thank you Kelly for all you did for me.”
“Went in to pick up the new iPhone 17 pro max. The one in stock was unable to be sold because it was mistakenly sent to this store instead of the one it was ordered from. So, there were 2 managers and one gentleman from corporate that thought of sending one of the managers to the store in Madill to get another phone that could be sold to us. They got it and brought it back and was able to sell it to us, while also waving the activation fee, for our troubles.
To me, they went above and beyond providing us exceptional customer service.

“Nick Gray is the most humble and talented Verizon associate in the Ardmore location. We had been there a couple of times with other associates that never helped or followed through. Someone had fraudulently purchased a tablet through our account and my wife had been paying for it for over a year, until Nick was able to go above and beyond anyone else there, and proved what had happened. Needless to say he saved the day and we would never enter the Ardmore store unless we see Nick in the window!”
