Worst bank. Been banking from them for ten years. My husband and I both have tried to get loans and are always turned down. We can get approved for loans everywhere else but mtc. I will never referr anyone. And we will be looking for a new bank.

Worst experience thus far. Today is now the 4th day my customer is trying to get information on her loan through this bank, keep hanging up on us and telling us they will call back in an hour because the branch manager is in a meeting. It’s now been 4 hours and no call and my customer has sat up here at my dealership for over 48 hours within the last 4 days. The owner of my store had to call the loan officer about warranty info but for some reason she knows nothing about the 4k warranty she sold to my customer. Warning everyone that walks into my dealership or any other dealership to not deal with MTC.

i have been a member with this bank since i was 17 or so, and have never had an issue until this.i am now on day 4 of awaiting my payoff amount with my current auto loan with mtc. i am attempting to trade in my car, and finance through them again. (for some reason.) the loan officer at the ardmore branch acted like they had no idea how to find out how much my warranty costs, until the owner of the dealership i am working with called them. even then, they can’t estimate refund amount and had no info on this warranty i was charged $500 over that they sold me. and then tried to tell me that i won’t get even a partial refund back on GAP. i am disgusted with the customer service, from the initial loan officer telling me that i have to call my warranty company that they use to cancel, which is a lie, to being on hold for hours for an answer. to their branch in SC putting me on hold and then walking out of the office for the day. i am closing my account with them and telling everyone how disappointing, disgusting, and childish their business practices are. NEVER again.Geegee at the Ardmore branch is an ANGEL and has been more than nice during this process.

I have had this account for so many years,call the bank to get information and im sent to an automated voice,then transfered again and again,service is horrible ,no one calls back,and it's blamed on to someone else.Seriously considering closing this account

We have been a member or the credit union since they opened to the public in Ardmore over 17 years ago. We have a personal checking and savings account, a teen checking account and have ad multiple auto loans over the years. And always been 100% satisfied. I love that the people know my family by name and take great care of us.

Very poor experience not very professional people. What happen been at this bank 20 years had good people up untill recently I don't know who I am dealing with. ATM most of time does not work long long lines through the drive thru
