I just want to thank Lily for helping me with a personal matter that you didn’t have to assist me the way that you did. I I been having a hard few days after losing my brother and just you stepping in helping me while I had my daughter I couldn’t say thank you enough. What an awesome person and customer service this store has!!!

2nd shift is outstanding and very helpful the staff Alany charleka and manager wheeler and Meagan have always been polite. They need more potatoes to go with chicken. Always two pieces and no potatoes. Butt all n all the shift is amazing

Stopped by the Pilot Travel Center to wash my truck, and I was thoroughly impressed! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the visit enjoyable. The facilities were clean, and the wet area was perfect for a good scrub-down. Highly recommend this place for truckers looking for great service and a welcoming vibe. 5 stars!”

I come in here about every night, and was recently suggested to make a review to help boost the store. The store is almost always clean, I have little to no issues but when I do the staff is very helpful! Raymond, Gage alanis and Lily are my favorites.. I have a few more but can’t remember the names just faces, my favorite overnight rest stop! audrey and kanish make sure my food is hot and ready like little Caesars! My only real complaint is that at night time my side door entrance is locked, i understand it’s because of lack of employees and nightly thieves but was told to add it to my review, thank you.

I have great experiences every time I go here at night. The night staff is very helpful such as alanys, Raymond, as well as the maintenance man gage, anytime I get food to eat kaniesha and Audrey make sure it's hot a ready! love this place!

Some of the cleanest, more respectable showers in the flying J network. It does jump from scalding hot to cold and back whenever another shower flushes their toilet but the water flow is nice.
Staff could be friendlier. 😒
