I strongly recommend purchasing the warranty that guarantees a new pair of shoes of equal value if your old pair has wear and tear. As a mom of two growing boys, this has been a lifesaver. Ignored from time my family and I walked in. Asst mgr the only one there was 15 minutes late opening store. And when we went to check out he was extremely rude to us. Said he was from California and did t like working there anyways. Wow!!!?
