Hands down the best experience I've had dealing with anyone in the car audio industry. Professional, super courteous and extremely detail oriented. Owner has decades of experience and it shows in the work. I traveled over an hour due to reputation and it was well, well worth it.

The customer service I received was exceptionally friendly and honest. The quality of the installation was top-notch and demonstrated the installer’s years of experience. They even went above and beyond to help adjust the sound levels of my new speakers, which enhanced the sound quality in my car even further. I was impressed with how well they took care of my vehicle while it was in their possession. I highly recommend their services and will continue to use them for all of my audio needs!

may whoever this will help so you dont experience what a experienced!!!! MEANING OF A REVIEW ROB updated review owner called and was very disrespectful over a 1 star review of MY experience and past experience dealing with stereo designs I could understand if I made up a false experience but calling someone and yelling because of 1star is very unprofessional my advice if you do give them a chance don't call so Rob want make racist remarks like what language are you even speaking when speaking clear english go up there so Rob want talk to you like your a child and try to "check you"= put you in your place like your a kid yelling talked to me in a manner I knew he wouldn't in same the room he could of got me to update my review to 3 stars off a clarification/resolution convo but he handled poorly because their a audio shop that doesn't service looking at the power source of a audio system simple connection 2min fix for 30-50$ because they didnt install MORAL OF THE STORY TRY EM OUT IF THEY WORK FOR YOU GREAT BUT ABELS TOUCH GAINESVILLE TX is great INTENSE Audio OKC my favorite tried to get me out for free because they heard about my experience still payed!! Just tried to keep a simple dollar in my community looked what happened smh

Huge shout out to Rob and Stereo Designs! Rob hooked me up with a sweet Setup for my 2023 Hyundai Tucson. From Start to Finish it was a great experience, very knowledgeable with great customer service skills. Rob listened to what I wanted and from our discussion and recommend door speakers, sub and an amp to run entire system. Rob did not try and over sell me and stayed within my budget and a little under. The installation team got me in the next day and what can I tell you about that, but top-notch installation! Professionally done with attention to detail. Rob took the time to demo system and the sound was just amazing. I could go on and on about the level of service I received, but you need to go to Stereo Design and see for yourself. I highly recommend them and will do more business with them. Thanks Rob and the team at Stereo Designs.

I sent a message via Facebook and within minutes received a reply to come in that day to take a look at my vehicle, Rob greeted me respectfully and was able to show me every option available for my vehicle. He ordered my kit for next day delivery and set an appointment to install. I called the day before my scheduled appointment to see if they could fit me in and after working a big job, Rob and his team came together to work to get me on the schedule. I even changed my mind when I arrived and wanted to upgrade to a better stereo and add a back up camera. To my surprise, they were not rude or upset, they honestly did not mind doing the upgrade even though it was last minute and extra work. They called in another team member to assist with the installation. They ran into a problem with the installation and upgraded my antenna which cost more but did it for free! These guys are the best with customer service, very kind and hospitable! I waited in the waiting area where they had cable television and Netflix, they offered me water and I felt very welcomed and relaxed. Rob walked me through my settings and made sure I was able to navigate through the system before I left. I could go on and on about how amazing their team is! They go above and beyond, are very professional and I highly recommend Stereo Designs ?

The guys are very knowledgeable about their products and take pride in the work they do. I had them install in my Yukon XL and Jeep Cherokee and will soon install in the Megacab. Definitely pros at what they do. The prices are very competitive when compared apples to apples. Thank you stereo design team.

From start to finish, our experience was absolutely wonderful. Our 2008 Honda Fit Sport’s OEM radio simply no longer met our needs and was about a decade overdue for an upgrade. Stereo Designs hooked us up! The Honda kit was ordered overnight and installation was the next morning. Communications were outstanding, as was price, tech, and post-install walkthrough. In addition, the waiting lounge made for a comfortable, short wait. Highly recommend! Great job, guys!
