“I had a truly horrible day yesterday (7/24/26) and was unable to get my truck to the shop I use (I like them because they are relatively close to home, and they will give me a ride). They were unable to tow me so they gave me the number for Shane’s and holy cow were they the most surprisingly amazing tow service I’ve ever used. Over the phone they were friendly and helpful. The driver who came to get me is an absolutely amazing young man! So helpful and kind, and also the fastest tow of my 42 years of life! Part of it was luck, most of it was Dakota! Seriously…best dude. He took pictures around my truck before he even started (super smart, and much appreciated) and skillfully loaded my truck up and got us to the shop. I’ve definitely had cheaper tows in my life…but I haven’t needed to be towed in over a decade so I still feel like I got a good value/price for my tow. Not only was this the fastest and best tow I’ve had, it was maybe $20 more than the last tow I needed back in like 2012…with inflation I really feel like I got a good deal. I definitely saved their number so that I will be able to more easily use them again in the future if I need another tow…and I’ll absolutely try to get Dakota to be the driver because he’s the best!”

“My truck broke down about 15 miles from the Auto Lovers shop and was towed in and fixed. Joe kept me informed as to what was needed and did no work without asking me first. Work was timely and costs were reasonable and fair. I drove back home today and experienced no problems. Dealt with both Joe and Scott, friendly and fast service. Did all they could to make it convenient for me since I live three hours away.”

“Louis was truly a good Samaritan. I was stranded on the side of the road, it was dark, raining, I was alone, and he took the time to stop and offer his help. He was truly a God send in a very unfortunate situation. I have a lot of family and everyone is saying a prayer of thanksgiving for this kind man. I cannot thank him enough and he deserves to be recognized. Louis, if you see this, thank you!”

“Guy that towed our car was super cool. The office lady that answered the phones ....not so much. Customer service skills are lacking. Very rude and dismissive when it comes to questions you have about your car and what you will be inevitably handing over to her in order to retrieve your car”
